Cancellation Policy
PODCAST GUEST RELEASE NOTICE By agreeing to participate in the podcast The Like-Minded Radicals with Kendra Parker ("Podcast Host"), the guest ("Guest") acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: Consent to Use Likeness and Voice By participating in the podcast, the Guest grants the Podcast Host the right to record, use, distribute, and publicly share the Guest's voice, name, image, likeness, and any other content recorded during the podcast interview (the "Recording") in connection with the podcast, including but not limited to: Sharing on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) Use on the Podcast Host’s website or affiliated websites Promotion in connection with the podcast or related materials Use in any format, including but not limited to audio, video, and text Distribution via any media channel (digital, print, or broadcast) Ownership of Recordings The Guest acknowledges that the Podcast Host shall own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Recording. This includes the rights to edit, modify, and publish the Recording as the Podcast Host deems appropriate. Waiver of Compensation The Guest understands and agrees that they will not receive any compensation, payment, or royalties for participating in the podcast or for the use of the Recording, and waives any right to inspect or approve the final product. Release of Liability The Guest releases and discharges the Podcast Host and their agents, employees, and assigns from any claims or demands related to the use of the Recording, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of the use of the Recording. Permitted Use The Podcast Host agrees to use the Recording in accordance with the terms of this Notice and will not use the Recording for any illegal or malicious purposes. Governing Law This Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
